Universal Pre-Kindergarten is a free Program for children who are 4 or are about to turn 4 years old at the time of registration. We offer two preschool sessions: Morning from 8:30 to 11:00 Afternoon from 12:00 to 2:30 In order to register, you need these documents: Birth Certificate Two Proofs of Addresss: Verizon, Keyspan, Con Edison, A New York City Medical Form (download here), signed by your child's doctor.
