We do not have  a walk-in office (yet), But if you are in the New York
Metro Area, a face to face consultation can be arranged.

What is the price range for the stationery on the site?
Stationery prices begin in the range of $2 (for simple pieces) and $4
(for invite sets) . Although there is no minimum, this is average pricing
based on a quantity of 50.

Why aren't any prices published on the site?
This website prides itself on custom designs. Every client has a specific
need and even though you may see similar designs, no two orders are
the same.

What is the process for ordering?
After you fill out the contact us form, a virtual invite set(s) will be
created for you and posted on the
blog. You can choose to have the
set made into a hard sample, or you can use the virtual invite to
place your order. At this time, you will be given a quote. To proceed,
a 50% deposit is required. Once the wording and design has been
perfected, a final proof will be posted to you. At that point you will
overlook the set and make any final changes. To complete the
printing and assembly process the remaining 50% is required on the
order.

What is a hard sample?
A hard sample is a rendering of your theme, style and colors for your
event. A hard sample is $15.

Will my order include envelopes?
All stationery comes with envelopes. An invite set would come with
invite and rsvp envelopes. Typically, the envelopes can compliment
the style and color of your event. However, a simple envelope can be
accompanied by a handmade eye-catching lining. If you are on a
budget, simple envelopes will do for any style of invite.

I would like a custom design, how does that work?
You should use the contact form to relay an idea of what your theme,
nature of event and colors are.

I like your designs but would like to print using my own resources.
Can you accommodate me?
Yes! We can work on a design and you can purchase the image(s).

What form of payment do you accept?
Cash, Money Orders, and Credit Cards/Debit Cards via Paypal.

Do you have an incentive program for previous clients?
If you are a former client and refers someone to that orders 50 pieces
or more of stationery, you will receive a gift certificate to a store or
restaurant of your choice.
A GENERAL TIME-LINE FOR BRIDES:

Initial addressing and mailing of invites to guests:
8 weeks before the I DO date.

This is usually done 6 weeks before. I advise my brides to do it a
couple of weeks prior to. This ensures that all guests will have the
invites at the 6 week mark. This is imperative if you are mailing overseas

If possible, orders should be placed at least 3 months before the I DO
date. This is to ensure that all invites are in your guests hands at the 6
week mark.
